  • Scrape, reproduce, or republish content at scale
  • Disrupt the operation or security of the service

3. Consumer Reporting Status

This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Information here or returned by a linked tool is not a consumer report and cannot be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.

4. Other Services

Government portals, sponsored search providers, and other external resources have separate terms and policies. We do not control their information, availability, fees, security, or data practices.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that a page, link, record summary, or external portal is complete, current, accurate, or available.

6. Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of this service or a linked resource, including action taken from information found there.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the operators harmless from a claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

8. Our Content

The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to a page or quote a short attributed excerpt, but may not republish full pages or systematically copy the content.

9. Term Updates

We may post revised terms at this address. Continued use after a revision is posted indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Access Restrictions

We may limit or terminate access, without notice, when a user violates these terms or misuses the service.

11. North Carolina Law

North Carolina law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. North Carolina public-record access is governed in part by Chapter 132, including GS 132-1 and GS 132-6. Those statutes do not override confidentiality rules or create an obligation for a custodian to create a new compiled record.

12. Severability

If a provision of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
